Alec Gindis, Chairman of the Board

Alec Gindis, was the founder, president, and sole shareholder of Spectrum Concepts, Inc. Between 1979 and 1992, Spectrum developed a line of communications software products, "XCOM-6.2," for bulk data transfer between similar and dissimilar computers. In 1992, Mr. Gindis's company, which by then had 200 employees and sales of $25 million, was acquired by Legent Corporation which was subsequently sold to Computer Associates. Since then, Mr. Gindis has focused on private equity investing with emphasis on companies in the early stages of development. Mr. Gindis divides his time between Jerusalem and New York.

Paul Kleinberger, CTO

Mr. Kleinberger has spent over three years refining and extending the 3ality core technology. His work in linear optics and stereoscopic display has thus far earned him several patents in the United States, Europe and Japan, with several more pending in the US and internationally. A graduate of Yale University, Mr. Kleinberger's diverse background includes positions in software design and implementation and in industrial psychology. A veteran inventor, he also holds patents related to information retrieval technology embodied in software commercially released in 1988. That software earned both the Editors' Choice award from PC Magazine and the Best New Computer Application award from the American Software Publishers Association. Mr. Kleinberger received a BA cum laude from Yale University and an MFA from the University of Iowa.

Jeffrey Popper, CFO

Mr. Popper, who is a CPA, has extensive experience in private equity transactions and early stage technology investing. He is currently managing partner of Popper & Company, LLP, a 20 person CPA firm in New York City that caters to closely held businesses and high net-worth individuals. Mr. Popper was an advisor to both Spectrum Concepts, Inc. and Discuss Data Solutions, Inc. as well as to many other technology companies in New York. He currently serves as Chairman of the Board of Inex Technologies, LLC, a provider of automatic license plate recognition technology, and is a board member of the JCC of Stamford, CT. Mr. Popper is a cum laude graduate of the University of Pennsylvania Wharton School and a former manager for Touche Ross & Co in Boston, MA.
